He was Head of the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Regional center in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Dr. Kalenchuk is author of numerous articles, lectures and workshops on dental implantation and tissue regeneration.<\/p>\n<p>Following the closure of the subantral perforation with Jason\u00ae membrane, the Schneiderian membrane perforation was covered by collprotect\u00ae membrane. Then, the sinus cavity and the buccal aspect was grafted with large cerabone\u00ae granules, and the site was covered by permamem\u00ae.
