The radiographic analysis revealed a horizontal bone loss at position 21. Following flap reflection and granulation tissue removal, the site, however, presented with enough bone volume suitable for the placement of a dental implant. After implant bed preparation and implant placement, Guided Bone Regeneration was performed to augment the buccally missing bone volume. Jason\u00ae membrane was pinned at the buccal aspect and following the application of autologous bone chips on the exposed implant threads, cerabone\u00ae +HyA was applied. The collagen membrane was sutured palatally and tightly adapted to the augmented site.
