Dr. Y\u00fcksel is a certified implantologist and implantological trainer by the European Association of Dental Implantologists (BDIZ\/EDI). He is specialized in Dental Aesthetics and Oral Implantology and owns a dental clinic in Frankfurt, Germany. Dr. Chmielewski is implantologist and president of the Polish Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has his own private practice in Gdansk and is a professional freelance photographer and filmmaker.<\/p>\n
Following flap elevation, guided pilot drilling is performed in preparation for implant- and ring placement. After trephine drilling, the bone bed is flattened using the planator. The bone ring (maxgraft\u00ae bone ring) is cut to size, applied to the recipient site and subsequently fixated by insertion of the implant. Sharp edges are removed using diamond bur.
