He is member of the European Centers for Dental Implantology (ECDI), European Dental Association (EDA) and American Association of Periodontology (AAP).<\/p>\n<p>He explains the surgical treatment of block grafting with customized bone blocks step-by-step. Following presentation of the bone defect, two maxgraft\u00ae bonebuilder blocks are rehydrated and fixed with screws for osteosynthesis on either side of the mandible for ridge augmentation. A bovine bone substitute (cerabone\u00ae) is used to cover the bone blocks. A barrier membrane (Jason\u00ae membrane) \u00a0and PRF matrices are used to cover the augmented site for Guided Bone Regeneration.
