Since 1999, he maintains a practice limited to periodontics and implant surgery in Madrid, Spain.<br \/>\nPrior flap preparation the bone blocks were cut to shape using a diamond disc. The flap was prepared, and the prepared blocks were fixated at the recipient site using osteosynthesis screws. Gap augmentation was performed using small cerabone\u00ae granules.
