Ridge preservation was performed randomly using two different alloplastic bone grafting substitutes and covered by Jason\u00ae membrane.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Results \/ <\/span><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Conclusion:<\/span><br \/>\nBoth ridge preservation procedures minimized the volume loss compared to spontaneous healing.
