Ist dies nicht gegeben, kann durch den Einsatz verschiedener Biomaterialien die Knochen- und Weichgewebesituation deutlich verbessert werden, sodass eine Implantation m\u00f6glich wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei kommen neben xenogenen Materialien, meist bovinen oder porcinen Ursprungs, auch synthetische sowie allogene Materialien aus humanem Spenderknochen zum Einsatz.
