Not only bone loss can complicate future implant placement but can also lead to poor prosthetic design for pontics in implants prosthodontics and conventional bridges. Socket grafting can be a very predictable minor operation when it is done properly, following correct biological principles and can convert complex implant cases into predictable and straightforward cases as well as can help us to design our future prosthesis in a hygienic and aesthetic design.
