Crestal bone width was less than 2 mm. A GBR with cerabone\u00ae, maxgraft<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> and Jason<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> membrane was performed. After a healing time of 5 months, an excellent bone reconstruction was achieved. Two implants (11,21) could be placed successfully in almost 5 mm bone width.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper awb-gallery-wrapper-1 button-span-no\"
