This case is part of a Split-Mouth-Study, patient had a bilateral bone defect requiring three-dimensional augmentation and was treated with autogenous and allogeneic bone plates (maxgraft\u00ae cortico) in 4th<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> quadrant respectively. Augmentative relining with a xenogeneic bone substitute material (cerabone\u00ae) and collagen membrane (Jason\u00ae membrane) minimized resorption processes and maintained bone volume in the long term.<\/p>\n
