A. Dagba and J. Mourlaas:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A patient presented with an unharmonious smile due to missing teeth in the upper right maxilla. After bone augmentation with maxgraft\u00ae bonebuilder the patient received a fixed prosthetic solution on three implants.
