Clinical and patient-based outcomes (probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL), gingival recession height (RH), gingival recession width (GRW), keratinized tissue height (KTH), keratinized tissue thickness (KTT)) were recorded at 3 and 6 months after the surgical procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Results\/Conclusion:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nA significant reduction in the mean recession height of 3.33 \u00b1 0.89 mm to 1.24 \u00b1 1.10 mm (mucoderm\u00ae) and 3.21 \u00b1 0.8 mm to 0.83 \u00b1 0.86 mm (SCTG) was found in both groups. Six patients in the mucoderm\u00ae group and eight in the control group obtained complete root coverage. The keratinized tissue height and thickness (KTT) showed a significant increase after 3 and 6 months in both groups. The average KTT gains were 0.39 \u00b1 0.4 mm (mucoderm\u00ae) and 0.51 \u00b1 0.5 mm (SCTG) (p &lt; 0.05). Performing multivariate analysis suggests that mucoderm\u00ae addition to coronally advanced flaps may be similar to SCTG.<br \/>\nmucoderm\u00ae achieved similar results in comparison to SCTG. Regarding reduction of patient morbidity, mucoderm\u00ae can be used as an alternative grafting material for the treatment of gingival recessions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Dr. Mario
