Ein Gro\u00dfteil implantologischer Behandlungen erfordert eine knochenaugmentative Ma\u00dfnahme. Hierbei steht dem Implantologen ein breites Spektrum an Materialien zur Verf\u00fcgung. Gerade bei gro\u00dfen Knochendefekten gilt der autologe Knochen noch als Goldstandard und es stehen nur wenige Alternativen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Diese L\u00fccke schlie\u00dfen allogene Knochenersatzmaterialien. Diese bieten die M\u00f6glichkeit, einen Gro\u00dfteil auch ausgepr\u00e4gter Knochendefekte vorhersagbar und sicher zu regenerieren. Durch den Wegfall einer Knochenblockentnahme l\u00e4sst sich die Morbidit\u00e4t des Patienten zudem verringern. So wie bei autologen Transplantaten ist die Schalentechnik auch im allogenen Bereich die Methode, die eine volumengenaue Augmentation bei geringer Resorption und schneller Regeneration erm\u00f6glicht. Entscheidend f\u00fcr das Behandlungsergebnis ist die passgenaue Adaptation der Platten und das Weichgewebsmanagement.<\/p>\n

Ziel des maxgraft\u00ae cortico Anwendertreffens im Competence Center Allografts Bad Oeynhausen liegt in der sicheren Anwendung der allogenen Schalentechnik. Anhand von Live-OPs und praktischen \u00dcbungen werden diese Schwerpunkte praxisnah und reproduzierbar vermittelt.<\/p>\n
