Terms of Participation

Participation in the raffle for botiss surgical caps and 1 free participation at the Human Specismen course in Vienna 2025 as part of the product feedback 2024 of botiss biomaterials GmbH – hereinafter referred to as the organizer – is free of charge and takes place exclusively on the basis of the conditions of participation stated here.

In order to participate in the raffle, it is necessary to fill out and submit the provided product feedback form. The deadline for submitting product feedback is 31/12/2024 at 11:59 pm (CET). Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered for the raffle.

Participation is open to all dental students and dentists. Each person can participate only once. If more than one submission is made, the first one will be counted.

All participants who complete the product feedback form will be entered into a draw to win 100 botiss surgical caps and 1 free participation at the Human Specismen course in Vienna 2025.

Each person can only participate once.

By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to the processing of my data by botiss or the responsible distributors for the purpose of organizing events and webinars as well as for contacting and sending offers and information on bone and tissue regeneration, product handling, feedback requests, news and events of our company by e-mail and for statistical analysis by botiss biomaterials GmbH. You can find an overview of all sales partners at our distributors list. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time for the future – by e-mail to our contact details given in the imprint and is valid until it is revoked.

To participate, the participant must provide a valid email address, first and last name, address and phone number (for the carrier).
