This clinical video shows a post extractive implant placement for the replacement of a vertically fractured upper lateral incisor. An atraumatic extraction was performed by splitting the root in mesio-distal direction. The implant was placed 2 mm subcrestally and a stay-in abutment was connected according the one abutment-one time concept. A contour augmentation was performed using cerabone® +HyA and collprotect® membrane to simulate the root convexity. An immediate temporary screwed restauration was delivered. The tissues looked healthy and natural at four months and the final prosthesis was delivered.
