Prof. Daniel Rothamel discusses a variety of clinical indications with regard to the use of different bone grafting materials and barrier membranes.
Prof. Rothamel is Head of the Department, Oral and Maxillofacial Plastic Surgery at the Johanniter Hospital Bethesda Mönchengladbach, Germany and is Associate Professor at the Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf, Germany.
During the webinar he demonstrates the principles of Guided Bone Regeneration with the help of different case scenarios including sinus floor and alveolar ridge augmentation. Resorbable membranes, in particular different types of collagen membranes like Jason® membrane, are discussed comprehensively with respect to their resorption profiles and biocompatibility.
