A patient presented with an unharmonious smile due to missing teeth in the upper right maxilla. After bone augmentation with maxgraft® bonebuilder the patient received a fixed prosthetic solution on three implants. The final radiograph with a two year follow up revealed a good bone stability and favorable adaptation of the prosthesis, giving the patient a successful smile rehabilitation.
