Lateral one-stage sinus lift with cerabone® and Jason® membrane – SURGERY
Dr. Massimo Frosecchi performs lateral sinus floor augmentation. After preparation of the lateral sinus window, a collagen sponge (Jason® fleece) was inserted for protection of the Schneiderian membrane. Two implants were placed and the sinus cavity was grafted using cerabone® granules. The lateral bone window was covered by Jason® membrane, and the site was sutured to achieve primary wound closure. Finally, a control X-ray was taken.
