The patient presented with mobility at tooth 11, the x-ray tomography revealed a root fracture. For permanent reconstruction of the missing bone, augmentation with cerabone® and Jason® membrane was performed. collacone® was placed on top of Jason® membrane to provide additional protection since the overlying soft tissue was not completely closed. In a second step, the soft tissue was thickened with mucoderm® directly after implant placement. The follow-up shows a stable result with good emergence profile.
