Hydration of cerabone® plus

cerabone® plus requires hydration before use which can conveniently be performed in the provided blister. Approx. 0.5 ml of liquid (corresponds to about 10 – 12 drops) must be added to 1 ml of bone substitute material. Hydration can be performed with sterile saline solution or patient blood. When working with autologous bone, harvested bone chips can be added to cerabone® plus before hydration is performed. In this case, the amount of liquid to be added may need to be adjusted.
