General terms and conditions Bone Augmentation – Current concepts & new ways in Bad Oeynhausen

  1. All prices online are shown excluding tax, 19% VAT will be added to your charge. Invoices will be issued in Euro.
  2. All prices include meals and beverages during the course.
  3. Registration can be made written via E-Mail, by telephone or online at botiss-campus.com. After registration you will receive an invoice. The participation can only be confirmed after receipt of payment.
  4. botiss biomaterials GmbH reserves the right to change organizational issues such as course content, course location and speakers. Such changes do not entitle the Participant to reduce the course fee or to cancel the course.
  5. If the event has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, no travel and hotel costs will be refunded. Prior to the event we will inform you about potential guidelines in line with Covid19-restrictions, which will be applicable at this point of time.
  6. botiss biomaterials GmbH reserves the right to postpone the course to an alternative date or to terminate it up to 8 weeks prior to the course. Should the participant attend the course on the alternative date or cancel the booking of the respective course, this can be made free of charge within 10 days as of receipt of the respective notification. If the course is canceled by botiss biomaterials GmbH, the course fee will be refunded.
  7. Cancellation by the participant is only viable if made in written/electronic form and effective if a written confirmation of cancellation has been issued by botiss biomaterials GmbH. Hereby, the date of receipt of the written cancellation will be considered. A cancellation fee of EUR 50,00 will be charged for cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the event. After this deadline or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the course fees has to be paid.
  8. botiss biomaterials GmbH along with its contractors and media representatives are allowed to take photographs or record videos during the event. Attendees agree to allow photographs or recorded material to be used by botiss biomaterials for any purpose worldwide, i.e. in scientific contributions, on websites and in marketing/promotional documents and will not hold claims of remuneration against botiss biomaterials GmbH. Objections mus be made in written form.
  9. Contact information such as addresses, and E-Mail addresses provided for the registration of this course may be shared with the parties involved in this event. Objections must be made in written form.
  10. The contract shall be governed by the German laws. If the Participant is a corporation, limited liability company or commercial partnership or otherwise operates a commercial business (Kaufmann within the meaning of Sec. 1 (1) of the German Commercial Code) or is a legal entity or special fund organized under public law, the courts at the registered seat of the Organizer shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In all other cases, the Organizer or the Participant may file suit before any court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
  11. If a provision contained in this contract shall be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract shall not be affected. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which best meets the purpose of the invalid provision; the same shall apply in the case of a matter in relation to which this contract is silent.
