Dr. Andoni Jones had a patient after failed endodontic treatment who received an implant placement with simultaneous GBR. A layer of autogenous bone and maxgraft® cortico-cancellous granules as well as the Jason® membrane were used for bone regeneration. After three months, the exposure took place and the insertion of the temporary crown. The finally definitive restoration was fitted two month after tissue maturation and papilla creation.
