She started her education in 1996 at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry. Between 2002-2009, she completed her PhD degree in the Department of Periodontology of the same university. Then she received the title of Associate Professor in 2017. She still continues her professional life in her own private clinic. She is the member of the Turkish Society of Periodontology and European Federation of Periodontology. In addition, she continues her duties as the Aegean Region Representative of the Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the director of the ITI Izmir study club and she is ITI Fellow. In addition to being a clinician, she continues to provide training on various subjects.
