Prof. David M. Dohan Ehrenfest is currently the Director of the LoB5 unit, Research Center for Biomineralization Disorders, Chonnam National University School of Dentistry, South Korea. After his studies in Paris University (DDS, MS, PhD and Habilitation), he worked at the University of Paris, France, the University of Gothenburg, Sweden and the University Federico 2 of Naples, Italy. He is the author of more than 200 articles (national or international) in the fields of periodontology and implant dentistry, and the Editor-in-chief of the international POSEIDO Journal (Periodontology, Oral Surgery, Esthetic & Implant Dentistry Open). His centers of interest are particularly the various applications of platelet concentrates (platelet-rich fibrin PRF, platelet-rich plasma PRP), and the development of new implant surfaces, design and bone materials.
