Dr. Yüksel is a certified implantologist and implantological trainer by the European Association of Dental Implantologists (BDIZ/EDI). He is specialized in Dental Aesthetics and Oral Implantology and owns a dental clinic in Frankfurt, Germany. Following flap elevation, guided pilot drilling is performed in preparation for implant- and ring placement. After trephine drilling, the bone bed is flattened using the planator. The bone ring (maxgraft® bone ring) is cut to size, applied to the recipient site and subsequently fixated by insertion of the implant. Sharp edges are removed using diamond bur. The bone ring is covered by small cerabone® granules mixed with PRF. Finally, Jason® membrane is applied prior tension-free flap closure.
