The outstanding restoration of the buccal contour using a combination of the biological potential of maxgraft® with the volume stability of cerabone®, allowed the complete rehabilitation of the patient who presented a highly atrophied fully edentulous maxilla with implant supported bridges with screw retention instead of a full arch screw retained prosthesis.
