Dr. Filippo Fontana demonstrates the re-entry and removal of permamem® following Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) with autologous bone chips.
Dr. Fontana is oral and maxillofacial surgeon and maintains a private clinic in Milan, Italy. Currently he is visiting Professor at the Department of Health Science of the University of Milan, Italy.
Following a crestal incision and elevation of the flap, the fixation screws and subsequently permamem® were removed exposing a well-matured bone covering the previously placed implants. Thereafter, the implants were uncovered and following installation of the healing abutments, the flap was sutured.
