Soft tissue guided implant therapy

The aim of the lecture is to describe step by step this new combined surgical and restorative procedure for the treatment of soft tissue defects around implants. The use of a promising porcine acellular dermal matrix for peri-implant soft tissue management will also be described.

1. Describe step by step the free gingival graft procedure to increase keratinised mucosa height before or after implant placement
2. Describe the surgical procedure combining transmucosal implant placement and simoultaneous submarginal  connective tissue graft
3. Describe step by step harvesting technique
